Can anybody tell me how (and where) to run the BINGO Renaissance assembly for 740 students? Seven-hundred-and-forty.

The main gym, they can either turn around and kneel, sit on the floor, or use their laps! :) That or the auditorium but I think the main gym would be easier to deal with... I'd offer up the library if it was like 140. Sorry!!
That is one plan we considered...keeping kids OUT that shouldn't be IN is a nightmare. And they won't let us use beans for markers. =( But maybe it's our best plan!
Then what are you going to use for markers? Stickers... or... gummy bears? ;) jk on the last one. Keeping kids out... hmmm... maybe stamp the ones that are supposed to be there as they walk in (aka check the list as they walk in and then stamp their hand). No stamp, you get the boot! idk... an idea. Not a good one but an idea all the same.
Figured it out! Two assemblies--A-L come B1 and M-Z come B2. Double the prizes. Order 650 cinnamon rolls. Still use beans. Lose mind. In that order.
