Mrs. Stewart this is [insert name]. I am so sorry I missed your test this morning. I woke up not feeling good at all. I had my friend take my poster this morning so I am hoping she got that to you. I wasn't sure if you would be accepting the extra credit after the test day. I am ready to take the test so I will come Tuesday after school. Thank you so much! Once again I am so sorry.
I was fairly suspicious of this student missing class because she always tends to miss the "big" things. I checked her attendance to find she was present in both A1 and A3. But not MY A2 class? Hmmmmm. I called her A3 teacher just to make sure, and we had a lovely conversation about the student's story she told her A3 teacher TODAY of going to New Moon late last night and having to get up early for drill team.
I replied to the student:
[Student],
I'm sorry you weren't feeling well for my class. But the report is you were at drill this morning and in A3. Hmmmm.

BUSTED.

Sometimes teenagers forget that adults are actually smarter then them. Good for you to check up on her attendance so you can bust her. Hopefully she'll learn from this and not try to lie her way out of important things in life.
What a dunce.
Nicely done! :)
You should thump this girl. Too bad that's not allowed anymore. LOL. I'm so looking forward to this sort of thing! :-)
Ha ha! Love your reply
SCANDALOUS!
