I'm Procrastinating Too!!!

I'm sitting here in school. I should be making lesson plans, but I can't muster the gumption. *Sigh.* So, I decided to follow Shannon's model and procrastinate. I work best under pressure anyway.

This weekend was supposed to be fall break, but I didn't get one. I sometimes disgust myself when I won't let myself take a break. Thursday I went to BYU and worked (and, truthfully, that kind of was a break because it was with Dr. Gardner and Co.). Friday I woke up at eight in the blessed am and came to school (who gets up at 8am on a vacation day?!?! I apparently do). I weeded the flower bed, planted some snow crocus and hyacinth bulbs, and worked a little on a grant proposal. Saturday I cleaned the apartment and came to school to organize. I did take a break on Sunday, though, and enjoyed myself quite thoroughly. I'm looking forward to Thanksgiving Break during which I vow to myself not to enter or think about school.

Happy note, though, I got the Josh Groban Christmas CD on Saturday, and I've been listening to it NON-STOP ever since. It's gorgeous, I love it, and it's making me excited for the Christmas season! And, hello people, December is only a month and a half away! Crazy!!!

I think I've done enough procrastinating. And, truthfully, I don't have anything else to write about.

So there you go.

Jo, where have you been? It's all I've heard about since it came out. I might consider purchasing this Josh Groban album.
Haylee. You crazy. But I suppose if you enjoy what you do...

Here is a life lesson you must learn, and apparently you are trying to learn it the hard way so let me spell it out for you plain and clear. NEVER DO ANYTHING THE WAY I DO! IT'S A HUGE MISTAKE! I am glad you finally decided to post though. Why do you guys like Josh Groban so much? I really don't get it.

Did you know that he's touring South Africa? Let's go, I've got a place we can stay. :)

I actually looked at plane tickets to South Africa just for funzies. Insanely expensive. Sigh. We'll just have to wait until he tours again.

And I'll TOTALLY hook you up with the Christmas CD, Jo. Maybe on Saturday? Hmmmmm.

My sister-in-law Michelle gave me a copy of the CD...it is quite good. I must admit my true feelings...I AM STOKED FOR CHRISTMAS! Wahoo! (But not one decoration will find it's way into my house until AFTER Turkey Day!)
