I haven't posted since Purdue because as soon as I got back, life hit me in one big wall and I'm still trying to play catch up. Parent-teacher conferences were on Wednesday, I had to plan lessons for Thursday and Friday . . . anyway, to say the least, I was busy.
In short, Purdue was good. It was good to see the gorgeous campus, it was good to talk to some people, and it was also good to know where I stand. If I go to grad school, great; if not, that's okay too. I am SO out of the competitive school mode, though. Some of those people were on top of their game, and I am totally out of the game. The luggage came, I made all of my flights, I met some interesting people . . . yes, it was an interesting trip.
I am SO ready for Fall Break! And although I will be spending both days at school organizing and planning and grading, I will at least catch up. And that's a good thing.
Other than that, things are swell. I hope you are doing well.
Enjoy conference this weekend! I know I will. =)

I'm glad Purdue was good and that you are ready for whatever happens. I think about going back to school and it makes me want to vomit..sometimes. Other times I really want to.
I'm in a constant state of wanting to vomit. It's the theme of my whole life.

Maybe next week sometime--it's fall break on Thursday and Friday. Maybe Thursday night? (although I have ballet at 8:45)

It's sometime in January. Don't know exactly when.
