I have never been great at crossword puzzles. I get extremely frustrated with them. I start and then quickly give up. I, however, was critical point drying today. This process is long and boring, and there are extended periods of time where you aren't really doing anything--just watching a temperature gauge. Suffice it to say, I was bored out of my mind. So, I picked up a Daily Universe and looked through it. Then I saw the crossword puzzle and thought, "At least it is something to do." I started working, and I got 32 out of the 75 or so clues. I was pretty proud. Then, I went back to my desk and Liesel was there, and we began working on the puzzle together. 45-minutes later and with help from Mike, we completed the crossword puzzle!!! Me!!! I completed a crossword puzzle!!! It is an exciting feeling, and I feel quite accomplished.
Perhaps I'll work on one tomorrow. ;)

Congratulations!!!! I have never completed one before (well, maybe a third grade one). I'm so proud...like a mutha!
