So, I was at FHE tonight. I had conveniently made a bet with the boy in the ward that I like. The bet was if I could get a better score than him, he had to watch P&P. If he won . . . well, that was to be determined. So, there I was, bowling away. I was in my collared shirt, black jumper dress, and fancy nylons because I was at school for so long I just had to go to FHE.
Anyway, bowling. Apparently I do a little bowling dance. People made me aware of this, so I became super self-conscious. I went to bowl, trying not to do the dance. I swung my arm, released the ball, but the momentum in my arm kept going. My feet swung out from underneath me, and I landed squarely on my back.
It was really quite hilarious. But half of me was absolutely petrified. Be calm, be collected, act like it's no big deal, I thought. So I started to laugh. Truthfully, it was pretty funny, but oh my gosh! RIGHT in front of him. Needless to say, once everyone saw me laughing, they started laughing too, and it was soon forgotten.
But my left elbow hasn't forgotten. And neither has my bruised ego.
And I only knocked down three pins.

Sounds like maybe you should stick with your bowling dance. I believe that it will have to be seen to believe, maybe we should all go bowling????? :)

He's a tall guy, dark hair and eyes . . . he's a mechanical engineering major at BYU and want to go into patent law. I mean, come on--that sounds like he's TOTALLY perfect for me! ;)
I guess I should mention that he's really nice, too.

Bowling dance, eh? That's what makes bowling so fun...everyone's random ways of doing it! :)
I LOVE bowling, so I'm SO TOTALLY in for going with ya'll sometime! Eric's only good for a round or so (his joints freak out much after the first game), but I'm good for a couple of games!!! Let's make it happen! Selytina wants to hang out sometime...perhaps we should invite her and Bob. ???
