Although the school day isn't half over, I have really enjoyed it so far. Right now, in this moment of happiness and delight, I really love my job. The kids dissected fetal pigs today, and they did SUCH a good job. They worked hard, identified organs, and enjoyed themselves. And when students are supremely interested in what they are doing, it makes my job easier and me happier. Today I remembered why I am a teacher, and it was refreshing and joyful.
June 17 is 56 days away--less than two months now--and I am more excited and happy than I can possibly put into words. I am a very lucky and blessed girl because I am marrying the best and most amazing man for me. I feel so much more than what I am writing, but I feel uncomfortable sharing in a forum like this; suffice it to say, I am very happy.
Now the only thing I really need to be perfectly happy right now is to have a fully stomach. So, I'm going to get a sandwich . . .

Is there anything I can help with?
Yes, hooray for happy days! And Allan doth indeed rocketh! Way to find such an awesome one.
Yay!
What kind of sandwich did you eat? :)
Ham and munster cheese. It was delicious, and I made it myself!
Hmmm, sounds great! I decided I can be a sandwich person...just depends on the type of sandwich. :)
I'm excited about tomorrow night's dinner...I'm going to recreate the divine yummies we had at Kneaders...Turkey with avocado on foccacia. :)
Can someone tell me what munster cheese is????
Munster is a white American cheese. The name Muenster is derived from an English transliteration of the German form of the name of the Alsatian town of Munster.
Muenster cheese is a smooth textured cheese with an orange rind and a white interior. This washed-rind cheese is made from cows’ milk. The orange color is derived from vegetable coloring. It usually has a very mild flavor and smooth, soft texture. In some cases, when properly aged, it can develop a strong flavor with a pungent aroma. This cheese is commonly served as an appetizer. Because it melts well, it is also often used in dishes such as grilled cheese sandwiches, tuna melts, and cheeseburgers.
Is your middle name wikipedia? :)
Why yes! How did you know!? :)
